     My name is James Statts and I am the owner of Statts  Electric. I have been involved in contracting and electrical work since I was a young boy under the guidance of my father. My Dad operated his own contracting business as a student while at Radnor High School. In college he majored in mechanical  engineering and has worked as a construction project manager, engineer, and all around master tradesman. He started teaching me about the principles of engineering and the properties and science of electricity as soon as I could understand it.

     I have worked for myself providing contracting and electrical services since I was 15 years old. When I graduated from Conestoga High School, I followed in my Dads path, attending Northeastern University, majoring in Engineering. While in college, I worked for a property management company in Boston's South End providing contracting and electrical service for over 300 buildings.

     I moved back to Paoli in 2016, passed the PA and National Master Electricians licensing exam and started Statts Electric. I am very grateful for the education my father has given me and for my engineering background. Understanding the science and theory behind electricity helps me on a daily basis to diagnose electrical issues and to make sure that everything I do is of the highest standard.  Electrical work comes with risk and safety is always our top priority.

    This work brings the whole team so much joy and  we feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work on so many projects. We love the feeling when it all comes together and can see the families and companies enjoying the finalized project.
